Casa Ginestra
Casa Ginestra is a stunning newly renovated former farmhouse with a private pool set along a quiet country lane in the tranquil hills of the valley of the Tenna in the beautiful and relatively undiscovered region of Le Marche.
The property has undergone an extensive renovation by local craftsmen working to the highest standards and now combines traditional italian architecture with spacious contemporary interiors. Casa Ginestra is available for rent from August 2009 sleeping 4-11 people.
The accommodation is set out over three floors and has been designed to make the most of the spectacular views over the valley toward the hilltop towns of Monte San Martino and Penna San Giovanni.
The pool has been carefully located in a sunny panoramic position within the garden with shady areas being available around the house terraces for comfortable al fresco dining.

The internal accommodation is arranged over three floors. Casa Ginestra can either be rented as a 2 bedroom/2bathroom house for smaller groups of up to 5 guests (the lower 2 floors) or as a 4 bedroom/4bathroom house for larger groups of up to 11 guests (the whole house).
 The open-plan ground floor comprises a large sitting room with wood burner and leather sofas, a dining room seating a maximum of 10 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen.There is also a utility room with washing machine and a downstairs toilet.
Travertino stairs lead from the dining room and the sitting room to the first floor which comprises a large twin-bedded room, an en-suite master bedroom with a large four poster bed, a study/sitting room with open fireplace, and a separate bathroom with multi jet over-bath shower
Further travertino stairs lead from the study/sitting room to the second floor which comprises an en-suite double bedroom, an extremely spacious twin-bedded room, and a separate shower room. An extra single bed is available on request.

Casa Ginestra is available for rental periods commencing on any day of the week outside of peak season. During peak season (the months of July and August), rentals must start and end on a Sunday
The kitchen at Casa Ginestra is fully equipped with an ample supply of cooking utensils, pans, crockery, microwave oven, dishwasher etc. and there is a barbeque available in the garden. There is a PS2 games console and a Wii games console both with a selection of games available in the study together with a small book library and a DVD library There is also a CD player (please bring your own CDs) and an ipod dock for your convenience.
