Casa Pero is located in a quiet hamlet, close to the picturesque hill towns of Montefalcone Apeninno and Santa Vittoria, in the foothills of the Sibillini Mountains. It has comfortably furnished, centrally heated accommodation for up to 6 guests. It is south facing, and therefore enjoys plenty of sunshine, with tranquil views across the small valley to an olive grove and wooded hillside beyond.  Ground Floor: A well equipped Kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, leading to a large but cosy sitting room; there is also a wc/shower. First Floor: the first floor is reached by an external staircase. There are three large bedrooms, two doubles and a twin. There is also a bathroom with wc. Outside: There is a large illuminated paved terrace from which there are steps down to the swimming pool (10.0m x 6.0m), and the gardens. Originally an old orchard the garden has been landscaped and planted with drifts of lavender, rosemary, oleander and roses, and interplanted with a variety of colourful perennials.
  
Below the pool there is another discreet shady terrace with a pergola and hammock, all beneath a medlar and a large walnut tree. Beside the pool there are sun loungers, and on the terrace, a table and chairs, barbecue and umbrella for those long al fresco meals
The price includes gas, water, & electricity. There will be an additional charge for central heating during early and late bookings. Linen and Towels are provided for the house, however please bring your own towels for swimming pool and beach. Ascoli Piceno, the regions capital, is only an hours drive and well worth a visit to see the churches, museums and the Piazza del Popolo, one of Italys finest town squares. For the lovers of opera, Macerata is also only a short drive.The property is also only thirty minutes drive from the beaches of the Adriatic; you can enjoy the intimacy of the white rocky coves below Monte Conero, or in contrast, visit the palm fringed sandy beaches such as at San Benedetto del Tronto, Cupra Maritimma and Porto San Giorgio.
This is a perfect property for those seeking peace and quiet as well as the more adventurous who want to explore the timeless countryside of the Marche. Casa Pero is only a short distance from the breathtaking scenery of the Sibillini Mountains National Park. Its highest peak, Monte Vettore, rises to almost 2500metres, and with its wildflower meadows, its gin clear mountain streams and waterfalls, it is a haven for ramblers, mountain bikers, skiers and those mere mortals who simply want to experience this sublime landscape. No visit will be complete without a trip to the Piane Grande or the Gola Infernnacio.
