 A beautfully restored 5-bed / 5-bath country house with pool in Monte San Martino

The two master suites, one on each floor, offer all the space you could want. The Eau de Nil room (pictured) has a huge bathroom with whirlpool bath while the Black & White room has a romantic four-poster bed and shower / steam / chromatherapy. There are three twin rooms: the Pink room is the largest with a sunken bath through an archway and the smaller, but still roomy, Red (pictured) and Yellow rooms have thermostatically controlled showers.
All the beds have orthopedic mattresses and 100% Egyptian cotton bedding
An open plan living and dining area runs the full 8.5m width of the house. The leather sofas form a relaxing seating area while the dining table can accommodate 10 or more. Entertainment comes from an MP3/iPod amplifier speaker system so you can enjoy your own music. A further sitting room on the ground floor has TV / DVD / Playstation as well as a sofa bed. Its working fireplace makes it the cosiest spot in winter.
   
The large kitchen has all the facilities you need with SMEG range cooker, Siemens dishwasher, AEG fridge-freezer as well as microwave and toaster; the washing machine is house separately in the boiler room. Open the French doors and enjoy your morning coffee (there's an electric espresso machine too, of course) on the little patio outside or sit at the breakfast bar.
