Monte San Martino, 14 miles above Fermo between Macerata and Ascoli Piceno, is 16 miles from the beaches and restaurants of Porto San Giorgio and 15 miles from the Sibylline mountain town of Sarnano noted for its hiking and skiing.

Rentals will be from Saturday to Saturday unless special arrangements are agreed *** Once availability has been confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the rental price is due within two weeks. We will send you a receipt and confirmation of your booking once we have received the deposit. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made more than 60 days in advance of the booking date. It is 50% refundable if cancellation is more than 30 days in advance of booking date *** The balance of the house rental and breakage deposit is due twelve weeks in advance of the rental date. If the booking is made within twelve weeks of the rental period, the full cost of the house rental is due at the time of booking *** There is breakage deposit of €350 *** If you want to alter your booking we will try to accommodate you *** The price includes gas, electricity, water, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels) and weekly change of bed linen.
Extra cleaning, cooking and child care can be arranged - price to be furnished.
Note: cost of heating is extra
