As promised our new self contained apartment is now ready to welcome you to our “little bit” of Italy it is on the ground floor of the main house which is upstairs,and with its own front door you will have the choice of your privacy, or still being able to join us for a chat or a “glass” or two.
It is being let on a self catering basis with kitchen facilities, and fridge/freezer for you to try the great local produce of your choice. Contained in a Garden Room-Lounge to give a feel of being part of the view and is furnished to compliment this, being able to relax and move either indoors or out with ease.Plus a rather luxurious double bedroom,with full en-suite facilities,this room is very traditional with mostly original newly restored stone walls and warm coloured tiles on the floor to give this room a cosy feel to it.
Although it is laid out for two people, it will also make a nice apartment for a family of four as it does come with the option of two single beds which will fold away for day use.The only extra charge for this would be a small charge for linen. The Apartment is being let on a daily basis not weekly although guests are very welcome as long as you wish.The advantages for guests is that there is no start day or finish day as with normal Apartment or Villa rentals,so it makes it ideal for people to visit short or long stay starting and finishing any day of the week.Also if you want that little extra instead of Hotels and B&B you can now have our Apartment for a few days only instead of being tied into a minimum weeks rental for something similar.Our prices also have a big advantage in that they are fully inclusive,and do not carry any extra charges such as final cleaning bills or any requirement for a security deposit
