This is a two roomed ground floor apartment with a lounge/diner with cooking facilities and one double bedroom for two but which will hold up to four people with the folding beds in the lounge, it is fully self contained and is let on a self catering basis.

We are not surveyors but we could save you some valuable time by giving you an unbiased opinion on property that is worth looking at, or at least pointing out areas and extra costs you may have to consider. With the miracle of Digital Photography and e-mail we can expand on your view supplied by your agent. Property here is getting more expensive, but is still in good supply so you may spend days on places that will not suit just as we did when we first came.We are not connected to any kind of agency, so our report will always be an independent view based only on our own opinion.

We have the services of a Professional Landscape Designer and professional team of workers, so if you have just bought a castle or large villa with extensive grounds you may just have found the right people to come to. Please bear in mind that this is a full design, installation, and maintenance service, with after care so the fees will only be for serious customers who require only the very best specialising in Italian and English styles but with extensive knowledge of all styles. We cover a large area around us depending on the work being viable.
