We are situated in a small hamlet, part of the Comune of Monte San Martino, between the towns of, Amandola, and Sarnano.

As we have said if you have already found a place to stay, or are here maybe to look round the area with a view to purchasing for a holiday home, or living, we are available to show you round the area (by arrangement). We do not sell property but do know some very reputable English speaking agents.
Italy is a wonderful country with a way round most things, but as the common market finds its way here a lot of the advice you find is already out of date, almost weekly as the famous officialdom changes and relaxes. So we do not put advice on our web site, as it would almost always be out of date.
