There is a well appointed spacious kitchen with all the mod-cons, and a stone walled sitting room that runs off it.
Outside there is a large terracotta terrace, table, chairs, loungers and big white umbrella to keep the sun at bay.
A panoramic 9 x 6 metre swimming pool is being installed in April, just below the house.
It will have a traditional cotto terrace and lush plants.
This is a perfect house for families and adults alike, being located away from the road (which is very quiet) and in a wonderfully rural location.
The 360 degree views from the house are amazing with distant sea views to the East & The magnificent Sibillini mountains to the West.

High Season - May June and September £950 a week.
Low season, - rest of year £700 a week.
The 2 weeks for Christmas / New Year £1000 a week.
Laundry, final cleaning bill, gas and electricity inclusive of price.
A 25% deposit will be required to guarantee booking.
