Village House Monte San Martino
Situated in the medieval hill top town of Monte San Martino, halfway between the historic towns of Macerata and Ascoli Piceno. The views are stunning, to the west where the sun sets behind the Sibillini Mountains and to the north and south across unspoilt hills and valleys.If you just want to wander down to the Piazza, Bar or restaurant without a car and mix with the locals this is the place for you.

 Linen is included, but please bring your own beach towels as these are not provided, a cleaning service is done on change over days. Guests will get a clean set of linen mid-holiday if staying for 2 weeks or more.

The village has a small supermarket, bank, post office, chemist, Bakery, Hairdressers, 2 bars and 2 restaurants, both excellent, With imposing views all around of the snow capped Sibillini Mountains and local countryside.
Coast/Beaches: About 45mins easy drive by car.
The coastline of Le Marche is one of the most striking and varied of The Adriatic. From San Benedetto del Tronto, where you will find miles of velvet sand and sun chairs to the Conero Peninsula which offers some of the most stunning scenery of the whole Adriatic around Porto nova, Numana and Sirolo. The landscape is shaped by the limestone cliffs creating sheltered beaches.
 Mountains: Within 30mins.you can be on the ski slopes in the Sibillini Mountains. Sassetteto has slopes to suit all apart from the most demanding. Also excellent for mountain bike trails, and walking among the flora and fauna of the Sibillini National Park. Chill by Lake Fiastra with a picnic of prosciutto, peporino, tomatoes, olives and foccacia.
If shopping is your bag, there are designer outlets, including Armani right on the doorstep. Le Marche is the epicentre of the Italian shoe making industry.
Travel: Ancona airport is just Ihr.30mins away and Ryanair has daily flights. They also have Flights to Pescara (2hours) and Rome and Bologna are about 3hours. A car is essential.

On booking a 25% deposit will be required.
8 weeks before the holiday commences the balance will be needed, along with a £200 fully refundable breakages deposit if the house is left as found. Heating costs are extra during winter months Sept-May.
