“Casa Monte San Martino”

_{”Casa Monte San Martino” is also newly restored but this time it is a Medieval House the owners have gone to great expense and care to bring this vast house to its former glory. One of the more unusual houses you will find here, in our local comune so close to all amenities but still with views to die for, you can really spread yourself out in here in the utmost comfort.}

“Casa Pero”

_{“Casa Pero” is a smaller and much cosier house again no expense has been spared to make this house luxurious and a give you a holiday you will remember for a long time. Part of a small frazione which is still lived in by the local community to give you a taste of just how genuinely nice the Marche folk are, but still within a short drive to the town and some good restaurants.}

“Village House”

_{“ Village House” This is charming small town house, if you just want to wander down to the Piazza, Bar or restaurant without a car and mix with the locals this is the place for you ideal for a couple or family.}

“Sei Camini”

_{“Sei Camini” or "Six Chimneys" is a traditional Marchigiana Casa Colonica, built in the early 1800's. It is located just outside the hamlet of San Venanzo near the hilltop village of Monte San Martino. Recently modernised yet retaining many original features, it is built of thick yellow sandstone that reflects the Italian sun. This keeps the inside cool during the balmy summer months yet insulates the property during winter.Sei Camini offers two distinct self-contained properties connected by a loggia properties can be rented separately if bookings allow.}

“Pian di Castagna”

Set amongst the forests and mountains of the Sibillini National Park, Pian di Castagna is a tranquil oasis for seekers of relaxing holidays.  The house and large private swimming pool, 12m x 7m, have stunning uninterrupted views across farmland, olive groves, deciduous forests and the glorious Sibillini Mountains

Casa San Lorenzo, Montefalcone Appennino, Le Marche, Italy

Casa San Lorenzo lies on the edge of a small, almost deserted hamlet, a few minutes from the village of Montefalcone Appennino. It has uninterrupted views of the mountains and is surrounded by fields and woodland. To get to either the sea or the mountains takes about 30 minutes by car

Villina Lago

A very comfortable villa with two bedrooms and two bathrooms to rent newly available this year so plenty of availability so far would make a superb holiday for a family of four. Complete with private swimming pool and just a few minutes from the picturesque village of Penna San Giovvane.

_{These are just nine of the villas we look after, they are cared for as though they were our own and the owners have become good friends. Being no more than a few minutes away from us we are always “at hand” in case of a problem or just some advise. We do have other homes looked after by us which are not on “rental” to the public at this time, but this list is likely to grow as time goes on so watch “this space”}
